Overall the experience was great.

There was a 1 hour delay with our pick-up time as the car which is supposed to pick us up broke down. Ticket2Attraction immediately informed me and gave  alternative options. They are very apologetic about it.

Aside from that, the tour was well planned and organized. Their tour partner kept us well informed about the flow of the activities. They are also very big on safety, which is a plus. Food is delicious and has genereous serving.
It was indeed a core memory unlocked moment.
