This was an amazing way to have some really great Thai food, and also to learn about many different aspects of the local culture. Our host (Jo) was wonderful.

An excellent cultural experience

Our G-Adventure group visited this family one evening. We had a wonderful cultural experience with delicious food. They shared telling us about their Buddhist beliefs and other cultural Thai traditions. What a warm and humorous family. It was a night to remember. I highly recommend their experience.

Charming Thailand experience

Our Chiang Mai Home Host tour was culturally enriching, historically informative and just plain fun!  An avid home chef, I always try cooking adventures wherever I go.  This 1/2 day tour spent with the Raunkaew Yanon family was an exceptional adventure culminated by an epic cooking experience. We began with an informative glimpse into the family history-6 generations!  We had tea ( a unique experience for your discovery!) we explored the gardens and identified so many herbs and plants used in northern Thai cooking and then we were paired up with the most congenial family members to prepare our five-course feast!  Probably the BEST Thai food we’ve eaten during our two-week long Thailand tour!! Finished the day feeling like a new family member.
