I booked direct with the official website and got confirmation with clear info about our trip and cost. We are a family of 5 and there is a discount on our 2 younger kids. 

My enquiry messages are replied very quickly. On the day before the trip we got further confirmation of pick up point. Our driver Siri arrived 5 min before the agreed time and he drove us to destination with lots of introductions about Thailand, Bangkok and regions beyond. The whole day program is exactly what says on the tin. Everything went perfectly with a relaxing pace. Elephants are cared for ethically and you can feel the love in the community. Our children were looked after and helped in all the feeding activities and lake bath activities. Lunch was simple but nice. The whole environment feels so clean and calm. Gift shop is lovely. Shower facilities are basic but clean. Very well organised.

Highlight of our family holiday

We had a great time there with kids. We enjoyed the elephants and taking care of elephants. It looks like they treat elephants there like very dear pets. The place is very tranquil. Our guis was very nice and very informative. We recommend this place to everyone who cares about enimals

Amazing morning with the elephants.
The whole area was amazing.
From the staff member who picked us up at our hotel, to our guide at the park, the elephant handlers and all the other staff.
Elephant World is week worth the visit,couples , families, those travelling solo.
We have to elephants in Chang Mai and Pattaya, this would have to be the best experience.

This is the best elephant sanctuary ever! After going to one in Chang Mai Thailand a couple years ago I was very excited to try another. This one was super fun. You’re able to just chill and feed the elephants for a while and even learn more facts. Shoutout to our tour guide Kim he’s the best!!!! You get to make good for the older elephants which is a really fun activity. Lunch buffet was pretty average still really yummy! Full day is definitely worth it in my opinion, pay the price it’s going to a good cause! Lastly you’ll give a spa day to the elephants and take a bath with them. They provide towels and body wash for your showers to rinse off after and then crackers and juice for the ending snack. We had their own transportation system pick us up from the hotel and drop us off which was one less thing to worry about. I recommend just calling ahead of time and talking to someone to get scheduling worked out.

Supertolles Erlebnis, reibungsloser Ablauf.  Wir wurden pünktlich 11 Uhr im Hotel abgeholt und mit einem kleinen Bus zu den Elefanten gefahren, 30 min. Programm wie versprochen: Büfett, Elefanten füttern,  Elefantengras sammeln, mit Elefanten im Fluss baden...einfach nur mega!!!
