Very nice family day
The elephants are well taken care of
The staff was great and friendly 


Slight Negatives:
It was a little bit to schedule as there was one group after the next. And the areas between the pens which seem a little small, could be cleaned a bit better. 

Positives:
Bee and her team seem to care for the 11 elephants.
The toilets are clean. The food was very good. 

Activities with elephants were nice and you could get involved in everything. Old and young. 

The photography was extremely good and you did not have to buy anything. It was offered but no obligation.

The photos we received after were very good.

When asked they explained that elephants were allowed to be walked in the nearby forest as well. 

I would go again. 

Great Experience and great service there. I really do appreciate this opportunity to face and interact with these gentle giants equally. The pick-up driver was punctual and the crew in the sanctuary was super nice and friendly. Ticket2attraction staff responded quick and in detail was a big plus.
