Absolutely incredible experience feeding elephants and watching them swim. Tango was really informative and funny. Our teenagers said it was the best part of Thailand.

Up close elephants, great guide

We massively enjoyed our half day visit.
Smiley our host was exceptional. 
After a short introduction on what would be happening on our visit we were introduced to about 8 elephants. They have around 60 in total who have permanent access to approximately 60 acres of lush jungle. 
Feeding them watermelon and vegetation for about half an hour was great. Then on to the mud bath. There you are encouraged to interact, covering these beautiful animals (and youself) with mud and finally off to the pool for a wash and scrub with the elephants. About an hour. You don't have to get involved if you don't want to but I would recommend it!
The human shower and washing facilities we great and very clean.
The elephants we met were aged between 9 & 60 years old. All rescued from circuses, loggers or general mistreatment. When they say rescued, they actually buy them generally at a cost of aprox £40,000 
Each elephant has a dedicated person/carer 24/7/365.
The centre doesn't get any support from the Thai government and relies upon visitors and donations to survive. Approximately 90% of which goes to feeding & caring for the elephants and 10% running costs.
The quality of care looked to be exceptional and ethically everything was geared around providing the elephants with the best possible life after being rescued. 
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this trip.

Fantastic experience!

Amazing program with many different ethical interactions with the elephants ( feeding, mudding, washing)  So far the best tour of our entire vacation.  Annie and Reindeer were both great guides and made for a tremendous experience.

How do I begin , Wow, what an amazing experience We were picked up promptly from our hotel and brought safe back at the end, And everything in the middle was fantastic feeding the Elephants (sweet heart) and the other name I forgot, such gentle animals they allowed us to pat them and introduce ourselves it was a very humbling experience when we learn how our trip money is well needed to be able to look after the animals and pay the staff for there service which is constant as they look after them 24/7 and actually live on site, We watched them have a bath, play we prepared some of there food hanna our host was absolutely lovely so knowledgeable informed us of all aspects of there lives now and there ages there weight how much they needed to eat, I then got to prepare someone the sumptuous buffet we had for lunch, delicious with fruit for afters and drinks to help yourself to, We were then shown inside some more information, then the lovely gift shop which was very reasonable, I can with out a doubt recommend this excursion and if you Love Elephants you will love this and also help the sanctuary look after these gentle giants.

wow, what an absolutely amazing experience, and unforgettable afternoon, so much fun, such wonderful hosts, the elephants are so well cared for and the experience felt totally safe, we had a 6 and 7 year old with us, the hosts were great with our children and took heaps of photos for us throughout the experience. Food was yummy too, we couldn't find a fault with anything, cannot recommend highly enough ... a perfect day in paradise ✨️

It was an Amazing experience, the staff was very nice, and the elephants looks like very happy. Im happy that it was a etical sanctuary 

The tour guide, Annie was amazing, her sense of humor is out of this world. We will be back again when Jungle has grown. 

I was actually super impressed from start to finish for this experience. I was picked up from my hotel on time, the experience itself with the elephants was fantastic and very 'up close and personal', the food and atmosphere at the sanctuary was lovely and the vibes of the guys who work there were immaculate! Honestly, the guy leading the activities (unsure of his name) was so full of positive energy and happiness, and just right balance between jokes and being professional. Very very good - the elephants were amazing too! So cute - Can't believe I got to bathe with them!!

Staff very welcoming, friendly and professional. We all had an amazing experience.
