Worth doing and the food was excellent, as was the entertainment. As a tourist would have been nice to know where we were going past but very impressive. Drinks could have been better is only improvement but staff were efficient.

Fab Cruise

We bought tickets from their office in River City. Even in these Covid-19 days the cruise was fully booked, and there were many tourgroups. We were lucky and got a table outside, and the best thing with this cruise is the opportunity just to sit and enjoy the view and the sights one passes on the way. The buffet was better than expected. The service was also better than expected.

We boarded “Wonderful Pearl Cruise” at Wat Chong Lom Pier, Nonthaburi province, Sumptuous buffet lunch with a choice of a variety of oriental and western cuisines (vegan, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian) was served. We love the cruise very nicely.

Great way to Enjoy the View Bangkok

I just can't believe that a business like this still exist.
I have requested for cancellation, but they have ignored it for several days on purpose. After several emails, they have finally responded with very short notice that they will look on it. They promised that they will reach me shortly, but they obviously didn't.
I have sent several emails past week to request for updates, but they still have not responded.
The ticket is due in two days, and they are not willing to respond at all. So I guess I will just not get a refund at all.
Either they are too lazy to do work, or they are purposely avoiding my emails to not give a refund. Either way, their customer service is the worst.

The Worst Customer Service Ever

Great trip and perfect for a short three day trip to Bangkok. We visited 3 sights with a guided tour and 40-50 minutes free time at each. This was just right for the time we were spending in Bangkok. We visited Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit, Wat Phra Si Sanphet, Wat Maha That and Bang Pa-In Palace. The boat trip back was good as was the meal. The hotel pick up was on time and the coach was ready and waiting. 4 stars because we couldn’t really hear the guide through the coach PA.
