Very helpful person Nick helped us check in. We can see the pool on the 12th floor. Reception is also on the 12th floor. There are plenty of people on the ground floor to guide us up to the twelfth floor to check in. Then we checked in and got an early check-in.

Perfect location and excellent service. The stuff has been very friendly. Rooms are clean and well sized.
Breakfast was also delicious.
The lobby is on the 12th floor and achievable thru the elevator. You will be already welcomed on the groundflour.
From the airport it’s about 45 mins by train.

Excellent stay

We booked the two bedroom family room for our family of four.  We had a warm welcome at this hotel. The hotel is chique and at a central location close to the metro. There is a nice swimming pool on the rooftop. The hotel has a nice view of Bangkok. There are also spa facilities. I recommend this hotel.

Nick and Peter were super helpful!! thanks for letting us check in early and being so kind to us. The day was super long and the rooms super comfortable definitely stay here if you want to be in the thick of it! I loved the stay so much here in the middle of the city

Hotel popular with Chinese tourists, so keep that in mind. Located near Hua Lamphong, it's a short walk to Chinatown.   The hotel has a nice but busy pool, a good gym, and a great view of the city. Very fast check in and out, and the receptionist was so kind. 

I did not sleep well because of noisy neighbors at 2am. The walls are very thin.  It's also a little far from 'downtown'.   If you want to be near Chinatown, it's a great option.  

The Wifi was ok. Hotel and room very clean. Tea and coffee in the room. Welcome drink in the bar

The taxi to the airport from this distance is 360 baht
